The following positions are available in North Harrow/ East and South East London / Hampshire. Working from home option may also be available.

Reviewing Officer/Quality Assurance - Up to GBP 40K plus Benefits  

This will be a dual role for the right candidate and applicants should have a minimum of 4 years experience alongside a social work qualification. This position requires experience of chairing foster carer reviews and a sound knowledge of monitoring quality assurance standards. Your analysis of evaluations and interpretation of data will guide the Management team on the development support that carers need. You must be willing to influence and challenge practice to make sure children benefit from the best outcomes. Must be highly motivated and adaptable and have excellent written and communication skills.

Team Manager - Duty & Recruitment - Up to GBP 38K plus Benefits  

The ideal candidate will have been working for a minimum of 3 years in a qualified social worker position and a minimum of one year in a Managerial position. You will be responsible for the Duty and Recruitment team and will be involved in the recruiting, supporting and developing of prospective foster carers. You will also be managing and supervising the duty and recruitment team and be responsible for their developmental and training needs. Excellent communication and organisation skills are a must in this role as well as meeting deadlines on time.

Qualified Social Worker - Up to GBP 34K plus Benefits  

Your post involves assessment, training and supporting foster parents. You will also be presenting Form F to the fostering panel and carrying out foster parents reviews etc.

Administrative Officer - Up to GBP 24K plus Benefits  

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years administration experience with a key understanding of Microsoft word and Excel. You must have experience of taking minutes for team and panel meetings. You need to be a highly motivated individual, adaptable and able to meet deadlines on time. Being a team player is a must. Excellent organisational skills are essential.

Independent Social Workers - up to GBP 2K for each Assessment 

We are also interested in hearing from experienced family placement workers to undertake Form F assessment on a regular basis.
